Assessment

Pupils complete an exam in each of the 4 skill areas:

Foundation : Listening (35 mins), Reading (45 mins) , Speaking (7-9 mins)  and Writing (45 mins). 

Higher  : Listening (55 mins), Reading (60 mins) , Speaking (10-12 mins)  and Writing (60 mins). 

The speaking exam is recorded and pupils do this exam with their class teacher.
