      Component 1 : Fitness and Body Systems

  • 1 hour 45 minutes written exam paper.

    Component 2: Health and Performance

  • 1 hour 15 minutes written exam paper.

    Component 3: 
    Practical Performance

  • 3 x assessed physical activities/sports graded out of 35 marks.

  • Internally assessed, externally moderated .1 team, 1 individual plus a second for either team/individual.

    Component 4: 
    Personal Exercise Programme

  • Written coursework marked out of 20 . Internally assessed and externally moderated.
